Is my payment secure?
How Kayana Aid protects your card details and personal data during checkout.
How we protect your payment
Card details are handled by our PCI DSS compliant payment partners. Your card number, CVV, and expiry date are entered into their secure payment form and are never transmitted to or stored on Kayana Aid's servers.
All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Our platform does not store raw card data at any point in the transaction.
Your personal data
We collect only the information needed to process your donation and issue a receipt: your name, email address, and billing postcode. If you add a Gift Aid declaration, we also store your full address to satisfy HMRC requirements.
We do not sell your data to third parties. You can request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting support@kayanaaid.com or by raising a request in your donor account settings. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Reporting suspicious activity
If you notice an unexpected charge or believe your card has been used without your authorisation, contact us at support@kayanaaid.com immediately. We will investigate and liaise with our payment partners on your behalf. You should also contact your bank or card issuer directly.
