Kayana Aid fees
The free plan has no monthly platform or setup fee. Each successful donation has an authorisation fee and a card-processing percentage.
Rates vary by card type and currency. Use the Pricing page or the live fee breakdown in your dashboard for the current rates that apply to your account.
Payment processing fee
Card-processing charges vary by card type, card origin, and currency. The applicable authorisation and processing charges are shown before your charity goes live and in your account fee breakdown.
Tips
Donors may choose to add an optional tip for Kayana Aid during checkout. Tips are separate from the donation and none of the tip is taken from the amount given to the charity.
