Registering your charity on Kayana Aid
How to sign up, what information you'll need, and what happens after you apply.
What you'll need before registering
To register a charity on Kayana Aid you will need: your charity's registered name and charity number (England & Wales: Charity Commission; Scotland: OSCR; Northern Ireland: CCNI), the name and email of a senior responsible person, your charity's bank account details for payouts, and a brief description of your charitable purpose.
The registration process
1. Go to kayanaaid.com/signup and select "I'm a charity".
2. Complete the organisation details form.
3. Verify your email address.
4. Connect your Stripe account for payouts — you can create a new Stripe account or connect an existing one.
5. Complete Stripe's identity, organisation and bank verification.
Once Stripe verification is complete, you can publish campaigns and collect donations. Payouts stay on hold until your account is cleared for payout.
After registration
Your dashboard gives you full access to campaign management, donation tracking, Gift Aid reporting, analytics, and the Hardware shop. We recommend completing your charity profile (logo, description, website) before publishing your first campaign, as a complete profile builds donor trust.
