Stripe verifies your organisation details, the identity of the responsible person and your bank details. It may ask for documents to complete these checks.
Use the secure Stripe form in payment setup to provide any requested information.
What happens next?
Once Stripe verification is complete, you can publish campaigns and collect donations. Your dashboard updates automatically when Stripe confirms the result.
Payouts stay on hold until your account is cleared for payout. Cleared donations are paid on the weekly schedule after the applicable rolling hold.
Helping verification go smoothly
Make sure your organisation name and registration number match your official records. Upload clear, current documents when Stripe asks for them. If payment setup still needs attention, open it from your dashboard to see what Stripe requires.
