What is new in Kayana Aid this quarter

A round up of the latest features and improvements.

This quarter brought faster Gift Aid submissions, a redesigned donor dashboard, and support for two new hardware devices.

As always, every improvement is shaped directly by feedback from the charities using Kayana Aid every day — keep it coming.

Faster Gift Aid submissions

Claims that used to take a full processing cycle now submit in a fraction of the time, with clearer status at every stage — submitted, accepted, or needs attention — so your finance team spends less time chasing and more time confirming.

A redesigned donor dashboard

Donors can now see their full giving history, active recurring gifts, and Gift Aid status in one place, with a cleaner layout built directly from the most common support requests we received last quarter. Fewer clicks, clearer numbers, less need to contact your team just to check a receipt.

Two new hardware devices

A compact card terminal designed for street and door-to-door collections, and a larger fixed kiosk built for shop counters and reception areas, both join the existing device range with the same one-tap Gift Aid capture built in from day one.

Every roadmap decision starts with the same question: what would make a charity's Tuesday afternoon easier?

None of these changes happened in isolation. They came from support tickets, feature requests, and conversations with the charities relying on Kayana Aid to run their day-to-day fundraising — so if there is something that would make your workflow smoother, we want to hear about it for next quarter's list.
