A contactless device lets supporters give by tapping a card or phone, so you can accept a donation from people who are not carrying cash. Kayana Aid hardware is built for charity shops, receptions, events and street collections.
The 10-inch donation kiosk is a self-serve tap-to-donate point for lobbies, shops and events. Supporters choose from preset amounts and tap to give, and it works on Wi-Fi or 4G.
The card terminal is a handheld reader for collectors, events and door-to-door fundraising. It takes cards and digital wallets, sends instant digital receipts and has an all-day battery.
Every gift on a kiosk or terminal reports into the same Kayana Aid dashboard as your online donations, so your team sees one picture of what has been raised.
On the kiosk, UK taxpayers can add a Gift Aid declaration as they give. Kayana prepares your Gift Aid claim. You review it and submit it to HMRC from Reports → Gift Aid.
A kiosk suits a fixed spot with steady footfall, such as a reception desk or shop counter. A card terminal suits people on the move: street collections, events and door-to-door. If you are unsure, book a short call and we will recommend a setup.
Each product shows its price, based on our current published hardware pricing. Hardware orders come with a downloadable invoice.
The 10-inch kiosk works on Wi-Fi or 4G, so it can run where there is no Wi-Fi.
Payouts go to your charity's bank through our payment partners, and every gift appears in your dashboard next to your online donations.
