Analytics and reporting

Your dashboard home shows a real-time summary of: total donations received today, this week, and this month; active campaign count and their individual progress; recent donor activity; and a donation trend chart for the past 30 days.

Under Reports → Campaigns, you can see per-campaign breakdowns including total raised, average donation size, unique donors, Gift Aid claimed, and referral sources. Export any report as CSV for use in your own tools.

Reports → Donors shows your full donor list with each person's total giving, number of donations, and Gift Aid status. You can filter by date range, campaign, and donation amount. This data is useful for stewardship and major donor identification.

Set up automatic weekly or monthly report emails under Reports → Scheduled. Choose which metrics to include and which email addresses to send them to. This is useful for keeping trustees and finance teams informed without manual effort.
