Withdrawing funds to your bank account

Donations flow directly to your charity's Stripe connected account. By default, Stripe pays out to your bank account on a 7-day rolling basis — no manual action required. You can view your upcoming payout schedule in the Stripe Express dashboard, accessible from Settings → Payouts.

If you prefer to control when funds are transferred, you can switch to manual payouts in your Stripe Express settings. This lets you initiate a bank transfer at any time from your Stripe balance.

To update your bank account details, go to Settings → Payouts → Update bank account. You'll be taken to Stripe's secure account management page. A new account may require a brief verification period before the first payout.
