How do I make a donation?

1. Open the campaign page you want to support.

2. Click the green "Donate" button.

3. Choose one of the suggested amounts or enter a custom amount.

4. Optionally leave a message for the fundraiser.

5. Select whether you want to donate anonymously.

6. Click "Continue to payment" and enter your card details in the secure Stripe checkout.

7. Confirm your donation. You'll be shown a thank-you screen and receive a receipt by email.

Kayana Aid processes all card payments through Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and most debit cards. Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported on compatible devices and browsers.

We do not currently support direct bank transfer or PayPal for individual campaign donations.

There is no minimum donation amount. For large donations over £10,000, additional identity verification may be requested by the charity or our compliance team in line with anti-money-laundering regulations.
