Is my payment secure?
How Kayana Aid protects your card details and personal data during checkout.
How we protect your payment
All card payments on Kayana Aid are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor — the highest level of certification available in the payments industry. Your card number, CVV, and expiry date are entered directly into Stripe's secure iframe and are never transmitted to or stored on Kayana Aid's servers.
All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Our platform does not store raw card data at any point in the transaction.
Your personal data
We collect only the information needed to process your donation and issue a receipt: your name, email address, and billing postcode. If you add a Gift Aid declaration, we also store your full address to satisfy HMRC requirements.
We do not sell your data to third parties. You can request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting support@kayana.co.uk or by raising a request in your donor account settings. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Reporting suspicious activity
If you notice an unexpected charge or believe your card has been used without your authorisation, contact us at support@kayana.co.uk immediately. We will investigate and liaise with Stripe on your behalf. You should also contact your bank or card issuer directly.
