How do I get a donation receipt?

A receipt is emailed to you automatically within a few minutes of every successful donation. It includes the donation amount, the charity name, the date, and a unique transaction reference. Check your spam folder if you don't see it — receipts come from noreply@kayana.co.uk.

If you have a donor account, log in and go to "My Donations" to see your full giving history. Click "View receipt" next to any donation to download a PDF copy.

At the end of each tax year (5 April), logged-in donors receive a consolidated annual giving statement by email summarising all donations made in that tax year. This is useful for self-assessment tax returns. You can also download it at any time from the "Statements" section of your account.
